Returns & Exchanges

We strive to provide premium protection for your devices; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original RHINOSHIELD packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
